Terms of Service — LocalLegend

1. Acceptance

By using LocalLegend you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to host.

3. Bookings and hosting

Hosts are independent operators of their experiences. LocalLegend facilitates discovery and booking but does not own or control the experiences themselves. Guests and hosts are expected to treat each other with respect and follow local laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, post unlawful content, or use LocalLegend for fraud, harassment, or spam.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

LocalLegend is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
